Changes In The Wind

Rommyland Has A New Queen, That Needs To Be Worshiped .! ;)

Somethin' From Lily:
"I don't know what's right and what's real anymore
I don't know how I’m meant to feel anymore
When do you think it will all become clear?
'Cuz I’m being taken over by The Fear"
***
"So you say it's not okay to be gay,
Well I think you're just evil!
You're just some racist who can't tie my laces,
You're point of view is medieval!"

And The Princess Of Summer 2009 Is:

Somethin' From Nancy:
"Andy, this is my business, it's nothing to do with you. Go downstairs and do what you do best, patrol the couch in your underwear."
"I don't give a flying fuck if you do have cancer, put your tits away in front of my kid!"
"I'm not a dealer, I'm a mother who happens to distribute illegal products through a sham bakery set up by my ethically questionable CPA and his crooked lawyer friend."
"You've made your bed, now fuck in it!"

No Good at Saying Sorry (One More Chance)

Remember when we were little and we would accidentally bite a kid on the playground, our teachers would go: "Say you're sorry!" and we would say it but we wouldn't mean it, because the stupid kid we bit totally deserved it. But as we get older, making a mense isn't so simple. After the playground days are over, you can't just say it! You have to mean it. Of course when you become a doctor - Sorry is not a happy word. It either means - you're dying and I can't help or it means - this is really gonna hurt.

As doctors we can't undo our mistakes and we rarely forgive ourselves for them. But it's hazard for the trade. But as human beings we can always try to do better, to be better, to right a wrong, even if it feels irreversible.
Of course "I'm sorry" doesn't always cut it. May-be because we use it so many different ways - as a weapon, as an excuse.
But when we are really sorry, when we use it right, when we mean it, when our actions say what words never can, when we get it right "I'm sorry" is perfect. When we get it right - "I'm sorry" is redemption.
